- The first thing I will do when planning a pamper session is grab myself a little snack and myself a cup of tea, usually lemon green tea.
- I then go to the bathroom where I start by putting on some music, light some candles, and rummage through my massive lush collection to see what I fancy having a bath with.
- My first cleanse is usually the Clean&Clear Cleansing Lotion for sensitive skin and then I will put on a face mask.
- While the face mask is doing its stuff I will run the bath and watch a little YouTube video or something, then rinse the mask off and do a quick face scrub before popping into the bath.
- While in the bath I use a body wash (currently working my way through Lush's Sweetie Pie Shower Jelly) and a hair treatment.
- Once I'm done in the bath and in my pyjamas I do my second cleanse using the Nivea 2 in 1 Cleanser and Toner, followed by a bit of bio oil around my nose area, moisturiser and a cheeky bit of Lush's Charity Pot (shouldn't really be used on the face so not recommended regularly or if you have sensitive skin).
- Then I will brush my teeth, use Lush's Popcorn lip scrub and a lip balm.
- My hair is then the next thing to tackle. I swear by the TRESemme Heat Defence Styling Spray and then I blow dry my hair.
- I then attempt to deal with my eczema and dry skin. I start with one of the most amazing products I have ever owned, the Honeybee Natural Beauty Vitamin A Cream for eczema prone skin. Honeybee Natural Beauty is a local company to me in Suffolk that I discovered at a fayre in Woodbridge. It's not overally expensive and it's worth every penny. I just put this creme on my problematic areas such as the back of my knees. This is followed by a body butter, usually one from The Body Shop.
- I will then probably do a little bit of colouring for 20 minutes to keep chill and then get into bed.
- When I get into bed I use the Avon Planet Spa Sleep Serenity Pillow Mist because it helps me sleep and the I will either read my current book or a couple of articles from either The Economist or Geographical Magazine before dozing off to sleep.

What am I wearing?
I am wearing my favourite pyjama bottoms, they are red with a vintage floral pattern from M&S that mum got me a few Christmases ago, and my favourite jumper which is a black men's sweatshirt from Uniqlo that Henry got me because I loved his grey one so much.
Have you ever been in love?
...
My number one album at the moment is definitely Around the World and Back by State Champs. There isn't a song on it I don't like! My favourite songs would have to be 'Secrets', 'Losing Myself', 'All You Are Is History', 'All or Nothing' and 'Around the World and Back'. I first found the band when listening to the Spotify playlist Positively Pop Punk....
