January Sales Haul

I will give my mini disclaimer now, only a few of the items I bought were actually in a sale, but you always go into a shop and the only thing you want is something in the new range that's not in the sale, so sue me.

So the first shop I went into was Primark where I picked up a few bits. First was the tan coloured top, the front is a smooth almost fluffy material that kind of reminds me of a leotard (those who ever did gymnastics will know what I mean). £6.00

The next thing I picked up was blue jumper, if you can call it that with it being so thin, but ya'no it's Primark. On the front it says 'no hard feelings' and it was £5.00.

At the till in Priamrk there was always be something that catches your eye and you fight to stop yourself from buying it, but this time I did not fight, I bought. And what I bought was this Star Wars canvas bag, and yes I do actually like Star Wars. £3.00

I then had a snoot around the accessories not looking for any in particular and found this little purse which I thought would be an ideal replacement for my paracetamol/plasters etc bag. £2.00

Finally I popped into the home section and Picked myself up this thermal bug because I have been drinking lots of green tea lately and often when I'm doing homework or revision or whatever it can get quite cold when I take too long to drink it. It would also handy when I want to take some into sixth form because my sixth form doesn't sell green tea. £3.00

Of course being the January sales I wanted to get a calender and diary so I got this 'nice people' calender from Calendar Club. £5.99 £3.99

Then in the Card Factory while looking for an anniversary card for my boyfriend, I saw this diary while waiting in the cue and quickly grabbed. I now wish I hadn't because 1. I don't like the layout inside and 2. I was planning on making my own this year anyway. But nonetheless, it was only a couple of quid and it looks cute and says "Be Wild and Free". £1.49

Also while in the queue in the Card Factory I picked up a little meal planner and shopping list set which I thought would be quite good for uni come September, yes I am already collecting stuff ready for uni, I have a lot. £1.99

To finish the stationary stuff I went into WHSmiths of course and grabbed 2 more sets of revision cards which I will use exclusively for Sociology. £3.49 each. I also picked up a small square rules exercise book to make my own little diary this year. £0.89

Obviously there was a trip to boots where I grabbed a few essentials: hairspray £1.99 £1.50, dry shampoo £3.99 £1.99, and base coat £4.60.

I don't normally go into H&M but I got a voucher for Christmas so I went and had a look and of course, the one thing I really wanted wasn't in the sale and the voucher didn't cover it. It's a green lace skater dress that although I don't know when exactly I will wear it, especially considering I don't often wear dresses, I thought I would have an occasion roll up at some point. £24.99

New Look in Ipswich has just been moved so I went for a rummage and came across this burnt orange vesty topy thing, I thought it looked quite cool and me with the metal detailing around the v-neck, had a look at the price and it said £9.99 £3.00 so I thought what the heck.

Usually I go mad in Lush, but as soon as I have a voucher nothing appeals to me? But I did pick up this popcorn scented lip scrub that I have wanted for a while. £5.50
